Overview

This section presents a suite of situation snapshots arising from M-POWER’s research and activities. The ten situational arenas are fisheries, floods, irrigation, hydropower, watersheds, waterworks, dialogue, social justice, knowledge and policy.

The snapshots are edited extracts from M-POWER’s flagship project, ‘Enhancing multi-scale water governance’, which aimed to help improve livelihood security, human and ecosystem health in the Mekong Region through democratizing water governance.

We continue to develop our understanding of these arenas through our agenda outlined in the M-POWER Strategic Guide 2011.
